Backed for 12 months, extendable to 2 years
Our constant commitment
Every repair is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first — on both parts and labor. This includes both factory and after-market parts.
2-year extended warranty
Select repairs qualify for up to a 2-year or 24,000 mile warranty. To keep it in force, we inspect your vehicle before the initial 12-month warranty expires, and every six months after that. These 58-point inspections are free.
Factory warranty
We perform the scheduled services required to keep your new vehicle's factory warranty valid. If we find something covered under it, we'll tell you right away so you can take it to your dealer for the covered repair.
* Laguna Viejo Auto Service is responsible only for parts and labor purchased by the customer, not for subsequent failure of, or damage resulting from, other related parts or adjustments. Warranty is void if the vehicle has since been abused, misused, or altered by subsequent repair or service. Excludes wear items such as brake pads, clutches, tires, filters, and fluids.
